About me
Motherhood felt like a huge risk. I had never heard the ticking of my biological clock.
Maybe mine was a digital.
One two-and-a-half-year-old boy and one six-month-old girl later, I am sufficiently over the shock of new parenthood to blog about it.
Although I am still occasionally struck dumb with love. Or fury. Or with the realisation that I am no longer simply responsible for looking after myself but for two little people as well…
hey lovely lady, really enjoying your blog ! well done xx
Hi Julie am loving your blog bored at work today and you have made me laugh good luck with the house hunting and keep blogging !
Thanks for reading, Evelyn, your comment has cheered me up. And provided a much-needed kick in the butt. Has it really been a month since my last post?? Hope you are all well. Lots of love. xxx
Yeah, no excuse for these gaps in your wonderful blogs. Even getting drunk because some old fart pretended he was dead is no excuse. Drunken blogs would still be blogs. Lower your standards. That’s what I’ve found to be the secret of success in being a writer: low standards. Only then will the writing flow.
Luke, I love you. Watch this space. A Dice Man post cometh.
